We always try to keep all our lovely fabrics in stock, but now and then we might not have quite enough to complete your order straight away. If that is the case, we will be in touch with an estimated delivery date, usually within four weeks, so you know exactly when to expect your fabric.

Please note that samples show a section of the design rather than the full repeat, so check the main product photo to see how the pattern repeats. You can order up to five free fabric samples. Please note, we cannot accept returns or refunds for fabric or oil cloth, as these are cut to your requested custom order length.

Using our fabric

This fabric is sold for non commercial home use only. Please do not use our fabric for any items you intend to sell.

Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Local Collection
Collect from 46a Kernick Industrial Estate, Penryn, Cornwall, TR10 9EP.

We’ll notify you when your order is ready. Opening hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.

Returns (Online)
If you need to return an item, you can do so easily through our Royal Mail returns portal: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/7621

Enter your email address and order number and follow the steps. Refunds are processed once the item is received in its original condition, minus the £5.95 return postage fee.

We’re happy to offer exchanges within 28 days of the purchase date. Alternatively, a gift card can be issued for use in-store or online.

If an item is faulty, you’re entitled to a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, in line with your statutory rights.
