How much does UK delivery cost?

Cream Cornwall UK delivery costs £5.95. UK delivery is free on orders over £55.

How long does UK delivery take?

We aim to dispatch UK orders within 3–5 working days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

During busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and our sales, please allow 5–7 working days for your order to arrive.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Cream Cornwall ships worldwide, including to Europe, the USA, Canada and Australia. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order, and you can shop and pay in your local currency.

International delivery typically takes 8–14 working days with Tracked Standard, or 5–7 working days with Express Courier. Delivery times to other countries vary, and your estimated delivery time is shown at checkout before you pay. Any import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout.

Do you ship to Europe?

Yes, Cream Cornwall delivers to most European countries, including Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. Shipping costs, duties and taxes are all shown and paid at checkout in your local currency.

Can I collect my order in person?

Yes, you can choose local pick-up at checkout and collect your order free of charge from our base in Penryn, Cornwall:

We’ll let you know by email when your order is ready to collect. Our collection hours are 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Can my order be cancelled because of shipping costs?

Occasionally, if an order would be too expensive to ship, or our system has calculated the shipping price incorrectly, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund. We’ll always contact you to let you know.
