Ever since we opened our shop in 2016 and customers saw our gorgeous roman blinds and curtains hung at the windows, we knew we would have to put our fabric designs into production and start making them. We offer a made to measure service by our team of professionals, hand finished to the highest standard and delivered to your door in four to six weeks.

Once you have your measurements, email them to us and we can send you a quote.

We make headboards, valances & cushions and carry Ian Mankin, Romo, Warwick, Thibaut, Anna French & Schumacher as well as our growing range of fabrics.

We have returnable samples of all our fabrics which will give you a better idea of the scale of the print. If you want a larger piece, just email us at orders@creamcornwall.co.uk

Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Local Collection
Collect from 46a Kernick Industrial Estate, Penryn, Cornwall, TR10 9EP.

We’ll notify you when your order is ready. Opening hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.

Returns (Online)
If you need to return an item, you can do so easily through our Royal Mail returns portal: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/7621

Enter your email address and order number and follow the steps. Refunds are processed once the item is received in its original condition, minus the £5.95 return postage fee.

We’re happy to offer exchanges within 28 days of the purchase date. Alternatively, a gift card can be issued for use in-store or online.

If an item is faulty, you’re entitled to a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, in line with your statutory rights.
