Please note you can order up to 6 different fabric samples. We can only supply one of each design. If you require a larger sample, please contact our customer service.

Ever since we opened our shop in 2016 and customers saw our gorgeous roman blinds and curtains hung at the windows, we knew we would have to put our fabric designs into production and start making them. We offer a made to measure service by our team of professionals, hand finished to the highest standard and delivered to your door in four to six weeks.

Once you have your measurements, email them to us and we can send you a quote.

We make headboards, valances & cushions and carry Ian Mankin, Romo, Warwick, Thibaut, Anna French & Schumacher as well as our growing range of fabrics.

We have returnable samples of all our fabrics which will give you a better idea of the scale of the print. If you want a larger piece, just email us at orders@creamcornwall.co.uk

Please allow 5–7 working days for your order to arrive during busy periods such as Sale, Black Friday and Christmas.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Online Returns

Need to return an item? You can do so easily through our Royal Mail returns portal.

Enter your email address and order number, then follow the steps to create your return.

A £5.95 return postage fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed once your return has been received in its original condition.

Exchanges: We’re happy to offer exchanges within 28 days of your purchase date. Alternatively, we can issue a gift card to use in-store or online.

Faulty items: If your item is faulty, you’re entitled to a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, in line with your statutory rights.
