Product Details

Our bestselling lobster, inspired by the pots hauled along the Atlantic coast, wrapped around a proper pint sized mug. The design is our own, drawn in our Cornwall studio and decorated by hand in Britain, so you won't find it anywhere else. If you like a proper big cuppa this is the one, and they are just as good for flowers, pencils and paint brushes.

Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Local Collection
Collect from 46a Kernick Industrial Estate, Penryn, Cornwall, TR10 9EP.

We’ll notify you when your order is ready. Opening hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.

Returns (Online)
If you need to return an item, you can do so easily through our Royal Mail returns portal: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/7621

Enter your email address and order number and follow the steps. Refunds are processed once the item is received in its original condition, minus the £5.95 return postage fee.

We’re happy to offer exchanges within 28 days of the purchase date. Alternatively, a gift card can be issued for use in-store or online.

If an item is faulty, you’re entitled to a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, in line with your statutory rights.
