We know that so many of you love our pint size mugs, so we decided to pop your favourite octopus onto one! If you love a large cuppa, then this is the perfect mug for you. Personally, I wouldn't be without mine! They're also great for many other things, flowers, pencils, paint brushes to name a few, all things I use mine for! This beautiful blue and white bone china mug makes a happy trio with our Seahorse and Jellyfish mugs in the same size!

Delivery and Returns

Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Local Collection
Collect from 46a Kernick Industrial Estate, Penryn, Cornwall, TR10 9EP.

We’ll notify you when your order is ready. Opening hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.

Returns (Online)
If you need to return an item, you can do so easily through our Royal Mail returns portal: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/7621

Enter your email address and order number and follow the steps. Refunds are processed once the item is received in its original condition, minus the £5.95 return postage fee.

We’re happy to offer exchanges within 28 days of the purchase date. Alternatively, a gift card can be issued for use in-store or online.

If an item is faulty, you’re entitled to a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, in line with your statutory rights.
