Product Details

We know how long our diffusers last, but we also know how popular they are, from the number of you asking for refills. Here is a fresh bottle of fragrance and a new bunch of reeds, enough to last a minimum of six months and often up to nine. Simply reuse your existing bone china jug and lid, and refresh with the new reeds. Remember to turn your reeds daily to get the best from them.

Our Fistral diffuser is a beautiful coastal fragrance inspired by the rugged, windswept coastline of Cornwall. Spiced oriental wood notes, top notes of lily of the valley and jasmine, and a heart of lavender, all washed with sweet ambers, as exotic as the blooms of jellyfish swept into our Cornish coves.

Returns (Online)
If you need to return an item, you can do so easily through our Royal Mail returns portal: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/7621

Enter your email address and order number and follow the steps. Refunds are processed once the item is received in its original condition, minus the £5.95 return postage fee.

We’re happy to offer exchanges within 28 days of the purchase date. Alternatively, a gift card can be issued for use in-store or online.

If an item is faulty, you’re entitled to a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, in line with your statutory rights.
